General Trading Conditions:
Please read these terms entirely. This document contains important information about eligibility to join and what is considered acceptable use of your account.
In this document, "We" shall refer to Psyki.com or companies or people associated with Psyki.com. "You" is the person legally eligible to sign-up for services at Psyki.com.
§1 General Informations

Age of Eligibility - You must be at least thirteen (13) years of age to use any services at Psyki.com. Those under the age of thirteen may not join Psyki.com.

Multiple Accounts - One account per person is permitted. Users found joining multiple times will have their accounts deleted and will be banned from joining any service at Psyki.com.

Only English-Language Sites are allowed.
§2 Content and Usage:

Unsolicited Mail, a.k.a. "SPAM", is not allowed at Psyki.com. You may not reference Psyki.com, any Psyki.com member, or URL linking to any Psyki.com network site in a mass mailing, mass newsgroup posting, or any other form of unsolicited communication. This includes electronic and print communication. Our Unsolicited Mail policy is very strict. Violation will result in immediate account removal, without prior notification. Determination of violation remains Psyki.com's sole discretion.

Psyki.com offers members great freedom in what they can post on their individual sites. But we have some restrictions in what we deem to be unacceptable content. Hate: Content which promotes hate or violence of any topic, including gender, race, or sexual preference, is strictly prohibited. Adult Content: otherwise known as Pornography, is strictly prohibited. You may not host Adult Pictures or Adult "stories" on your website. Violation will result in immediate account removal without warning. Artistic interpretations of adults are acceptable. We reserve the right to determine whether images are appropriate. Obscene Material: Content that is considered obscene under any english speaking jurisdiction such as U.S. Federal and Local, European Union, Australian, British law is prohibited. Intellectual Property: You agree that all content on your site was authored by you, or you have received permission to use the material. Your site may not contain material you do not own or do not have permission to use. This includes material that is: copyrighted, trademarked, protected by trade secret, protected for the sake of national security, or other content protected by intellectual property rights. Illegal Use: Psyki.com may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation of under any english speaking jurisdiction such as U.S. Federal and Local, European Union, Australian, British law is prohibited, coming to or from any unauthorized network or system is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property rights used without proper authorization; government and military data protected by law and national security; university and academic data protected by public policy; and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. Any violation of the above which compromises the integrity of Psyki.com or any other network is strictly prohibited. Psyki.com will cooperate fully with local and federal authorities in the investigation and prosecution of illegal activity.Accounts found in violation of these terms will be removed without warning
§3 Description of Service:

We offer a free Webhosting Account with one included Subdomain. Further Services like E-Mail, CGI, Telnet, PHP, Mysql etc are not contained. Upgraded accounts may offer some of these features.

We will endeavour to ensure a constant availability of the service. A requirement on constant availability does not exist.

The free Services, as well as the Support of the participant by E-Mail, Telephone or anything elses, are voluntarily furnished and is not required by Psyki.com.
§4 Rights and Obligations of the Participants:

Network Security - Unauthorized use, probing, or scanning of data to obtain sensitive information, test the vulnerability our systems or network is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized monitoring of our network, systems, or users of Psyki.com is strictly prohibited. Your password is considered sensitive information. You may not share your password with any third party..

Advertising - Free accounts will have advertising banner code placed within HTML pages. You may not attempt to subvert this code by preventing its execution or covering the advertising in any way. All advertising must be fully viewable. Accounts found to be in violation will be removed without warning. If you are interested in removing advertising from HTML pages, a membership upgrade will remove advertising.

We reserve ourselves the right to stop or change our service at any time, Webmasters of sites are responsible for backup of material that have been uploaded and are without right to claim for damages if the service is terminated. We are entitled without advance notice, to delete or lock individual users from the service.

Indemnification - You agree not to hold Psyki.com or people or companies associated with Psyki.com liable for any damages incurred while using this service. We will not be responsible for any physical, emotional, monetary harm or damages that occur while at Psyki.com. We may make changes to our policies at any time, without prior notification to members.
